The cards measure 2.75" wide x 4.75" long. The card stock is delightful -- smooth and flexible, with a matte finish.
The card back design is non-reversible.
Suits are Swords, Pentacles, Cups, and Wands. The court cards are Page, Knight, Queen, and King.
The minor arcana are scenic, and generally follow the RWS system.
In addition to the usual 78 cards, the deck includes 5 extra cards depicting 5 sets of divine twins, which the artist refers to in the guide book as the Gemellus Cards.
The art is colorful, energetic, unique, and wonderfully readable. The Dizygotic tarot succeeds both as a work of art and as a usable divinatory tool.
