78 cards plus a blank card and an advertising card, with a LWB in a two-part cardboard box (a tuck box with a front flap, that slides inside a heavy cardboard sleeve).
The cards measure 11.9 cm tall x 6.9 cm wide.
The cards are flexible, with a matte finish, and gilded edges.
The backs are reversible.
The images are that of the U.S. Games 1971 copyright standard RWS, but the backs have a different pattern (green and cream). The true "deluxe" feature of this edition is the gold gilding on the card edges.
The only date that appears anywhere on the cards or LWB or packaging is the 1971 copyright date for the images.
