Description
78 cards + 2 extra cards with information on the "Yellow Brick Road" spread, packaged as part of a set with a 180 page small, softcover guidebook. The deck itself is housed in a flip-top cardboard box that slides into the larger cardboard slipcase for the set, into which the guidebook also fits.
Pictured with this entry is the front and back of the set box. The top cover of the deck box and the front cover of the book are extremely similar to the cover of the set box.
No title card or LWB came with this set.
Cards measure 11.7 cm tall x 8.1 cm wide.
Card backs are non-reversible.
The card stock is marvelous to handle and shuffle -- it is flexible and very smooth, and kind of half-way between matte and glossed.
The minors are what I would call partially scenic. Interactions and emotions are depicted, but the cards don't show fully-done scenes, either.
Suits are Stones, Cups, Wands, and Swords. Courts are Princess, Prince, Queen, and King.
Strength is 8 and Justice is 11. The Fool is numbered 0.
The deck, as its name suggests, is Wizard of Oz themed, and the cards depict characters and events from the book(s). The characters are not drawn to resemble the 1930s movie characters.
