Description
78 cards with a full sized softcover companion book. Packaged in a high quality lidded box that contains the cards in a double well and the companion book on top of the cards.
The companion book is quite detailed.
Cards are fully scenic, and truly beautiful. I find this to be a very relaxing and pleasing deck to look at and handle, though I've not tried reading with it yet.
The scenes and symbolism are occasionally reminiscent of the RWS, but largely follow their own unique system.
Card backs are a plain dark forest green with a small border, and are completely reversible.
The majors all bear unique titles, but are recognizable (for the most part) as their RWS counterparts.
Justice (The Stag) is 8 and Strength (The Woodward) is 11.
Courts all feature animals instead of people.
Suits are Arrows (Swords), Vessels (Cups), Stones (Pentacles), and Bows (Wands).
Published in Great Britain. Printed in China.
