Description

79 cards plus a card explaining the suits plus a LWB, in a standard cardboard tuck box. This copy is part of the 2nd (or revised) edition, 1st printing, a run of 2500 unnumbered copies. (The 1st edition was in 1995.)

It also shipped with 3 documents: 1) an order form for other tarot related products, 2) a copy of Ed Buryn's paper "Old Symbols for a New Age" which was presented at the 1st International Tarot Conference in Melbourne, Australian on July 12, 1997, and 3) a copy of Ed Buryn's "The Wheel of Eternity in the William Blake Tarot" chart and essay.

The cards measure 12 cm tall x 8 cm wide.

The card stock is flexible, with a glossy finish.

Card backs are non-reversible.

An unique feature of this deck is the 79th card (actually the very first card in the deck), titled "00 Eternity". It precedes "0 Innocence" (which is the retitled Fool card).

Justice (retitled Assessment) is 8, and Strength (retitled Energy) is 11.

Many, though not all, of the major arcana are retitled.

Suits are Painting (pentacles), Science (swords), Music (cups), and Poetry (wands). Courts are Angel, Child, Woman, and Man.

Retailed for $32 USD in June 2011.
