Ferret Tarot
Dublin Core
Title
Ferret Tarot
Subject
Ferrets
Animals
Description
78 cards plus a signed, numbered title card, a handmade LWB, and a "cheat sheet" of card meanings in a lined cotton cloth bag (purple with black bats) that ties shut instead of having a drawstring.
My copy is #494 out of a limited edition of 500, produced in 2003. It is part of the first print run; the second run (in 2005) was not signed or numbered.
The cards are smaller than average (around poker sized), measuring 9.7 cm tall x 6.4 cm wide (3.5 inches tall x 2.25 inches wide).
The card stock is literally just regular white card stock, uncoated. The corners are square.
Backs are reversible.
The art is black and white ink drawings of ferrets doing various activities. Some cards bear a similarity to the RWS, but many do not.
The majors are unnumbered.
Suits are Pentacles, Swords, Wands, and Cups. Courts are Page, Knight, Queen, and King.
